What an All-in-One Marketing Platform Actually Costs

Every all-in-one platform advertises a starting price. Almost none of them charge it. The number on the pricing page is the cheapest way in, not the cost of doing the thing you came to do — and the gap between those two is where most of the money goes.

Here is what the main ones charge on monthly billing, checked today. If you want to skip the survey, systeme.io's free plan is the only one on this list that lets you build before you pay.

What do all-in-one marketing platforms cost per month?

  • Stan Store — $29/mo, up to $99
  • Kartra — $59/mo, up to $549
  • SamCart — $79/mo, up to $199
  • ClickFunnels — $97/mo, up to $297
  • Kajabi — $179/mo, up to $499
  • systeme.iofree, then $17, $47 or $97

Prices read from each vendor's own pricing page or help centre on 6 September 2026. They move — Kajabi's Basic plan went from $149 to $179 in a January 2026 restructure, and plenty of articles still quote the old figure. Check before you buy.

Which tier actually has the funnel builder?

This is the question worth asking before the price one, because the funnel builder is usually the reason people are shopping in the first place — and it is rarely on the plan being advertised.

The pattern repeats across the category in three steps:

1. Entry-tier plans — no funnel builder

The cheapest plan gets you a storefront, a checkout or an email tool, depending on the platform. What it does not get you is the ability to build a sequence of pages that leads somewhere. Stan's $29 plan has no email marketing to build a funnel around; SamCart's $79 Core has no upsells or order bumps.

So the advertised entry price buys a place to send people, not a path to walk them down.

2. Mid-tier plans — funnel builder, capped pages

Move up a tier and the funnel builder appears, usually with a limit attached — a maximum number of funnels, pages or steps. Kartra's $59 Essentials caps you at 5 pages and 1 product, which is a funnel builder you cannot build a second funnel with. SamCart puts upsells on the $199 tier.

This is where most people end up paying more than they planned, because the cap is only visible once you hit it.

3. One free account — funnel builder, no page cap

systeme.io's free plan includes the funnel builder itself, with 3 funnels and no cap on the pages inside them beyond the funnel-step allowance. Not a preview, not a watermark, not a trial — the actual builder, publishing to a live URL.

Three funnels is a real ceiling and worth naming plainly. But it is a ceiling you reach by succeeding, not one you hit on day one.

Three things the sticker price does not tell you

Some entry tiers take a cut of your sales. Kartra's Essentials plan at $59 carries a 5% transaction fee — on $5,000 of sales that is $250 a month, more than the next plan up. Sources disagree on whether it also applies to Starter, so read Kartra's own page rather than a roundup. The arithmetic on where that fee overtakes the higher plan is here.

The feature you actually want usually sits one tier higher. Stan puts email marketing on the $99 plan, not the $29 one. SamCart puts upsells and order bumps on the $199 plan, not the $79 one. In both cases the advertised entry price buys a storefront that cannot do the marketing.

None of them let you start for nothing. ClickFunnels gives you 14 days, SamCart 7, Kajabi 14 to 30. Then the card is charged whether you have made a sale or not. A trial clock is not a free plan — it is a deadline.

Is there a free all-in-one marketing platform?

One, on this list. What the free plan includes:

  • Pages and a storefront you build and publish
  • A checkout that takes real card payments
  • Email marketing — unlimited sends to 2,000 contacts
  • 3 sales funnels
  • 1 online course, hosted and delivered
  • 1 blog
  • 1 custom domain
  • An affiliate program for your own products

systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan including the free one. You pay Stripe roughly 2.9% plus 30¢, the same as you would anywhere else, and nothing to the platform.

So what does it actually cost?

If you are starting out and testing whether the offer works at all, the honest answer is $0 — and every platform above will quote you between $29 and $179 for the same stage.

If you are past that and running several launches at once, systeme.io's paid tiers are $17, $47 and $97. The top one costs less than Kajabi's cheapest, and the realistic first upgrade is $17.

Worth asking first whether you need an all-in-one platform at all — what you actually need is a page, a list and a checkout, and that is a shorter list than any of these vendors would like.

Where the free plan runs out

Three funnels, one course, 2,000 contacts, and automation that is basic rather than extensive. That is the ceiling, and it is a real one. Most people selling one or two offers never reach it. If you do, Startup is $17 a month.

Common questions

Which plan do you need for a funnel builder?

On most platforms, the mid tier rather than the entry one — and it usually arrives with a cap on pages or funnels. On a platform with a genuine free plan, the builder is included from the start, with the limit set on how many funnels rather than what the builder can do.

Which all-in-one marketing platform is cheapest?

By advertised entry price, Stan Store at $29 a month. But Stan's $29 tier has no email marketing, so for most people the honest comparison is its $99 plan. Counting only plans that include email, funnels and a checkout, systeme.io's free tier is the cheapest and the paid tiers start at $17.

Is Kajabi worth $179 a month?

If you are running an established course business with a list large enough that the platform pays for itself, its course tooling is strong and the price is defensible. For someone testing a first product, $179 a month before any sale is a hard start.

Do these platforms take a percentage of your sales?

Most do not on their higher tiers, but some entry tiers do — Kartra's Essentials takes 5%. Separately, every platform leaves you paying the card processor around 2.9% plus 30¢, which no platform can remove.

What is the difference between a free plan and a free trial?

A trial charges your card when the clock runs out, whether or not you have made a sale. A free plan does not expire and has no card attached — you upgrade when you outgrow the limits, or never.

Can you switch platforms later?

Yes, though it is easier if you plan for it. Export your contacts before you cancel anything — most platforms lock the export behind the plan you just left. Pages usually have to be rebuilt rather than moved.
